Cancellation Policy

For IN-CLINIC Services You can amend your appointment as many times as you like Never lose your money! Deposit payments are non-refundable but offered as in-store credit if cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time.   50% late cancellation fee is chargeable if cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment Payable in full if you don't show up without notice. For HOME KIT Test Once purchased we are unable to accept returns or refund on our home test kits. This is due to the fact that we cannot ensure the integrity/storage conditions of the kits and this may interfere with results.
